will offer a relief service virtual clinic Wednesday mornings from 10:00 am to 2:00pm.
The clinic will offer 20 minute consultations with Lola Burmeister to anyone seeking education or support around addictions, alternative pain and stress management and/or understanding a medical diagnosis.
Modalities of intervention include regimented individualized daily routine, diet therapy, sleep hygiene, meditation, guided imagery, prescribed movement (Qi Gong, Tai Chi, yoga, etc.), herbal medicines, massage, acupressure or acupuncture. The patron will have access to all of these services at OCC&C at little to no cost at the hours of community clinic on Wednesday and possibly throughout the week, depending on need.
