Kombucha workshop - Saturday, April 7th, 10am-12.

Sharon has taken a class on making Kombucha and has been making her own Kombucha consistently since. She is an experienced and patient teacher.
Workshop fee is $16.00 and must be paid in advance. You will receive a Kombucha jar, a scoby, and you'll make the fermentation tea during the workshop. You will take yours home, put it in a quiet, dark, warm place for 10 days and then you can drink it or add fruit or other delights. Sharon will have samples for everyone to try of various flavors.
