About Kathleen: Many years ago I taught an aerobics class in Oxford, part of an outreach program through The Ridge in Portage, WI. Since then I studied Kick Boxing & Tai Chi with Kim Bode at Hands for Heart & Soul, Tai Chi at the Tai Chi Center in Madison, WI with Tricia Yu, Tai Chi with the late martial arts expert, Bernie Fritz, Pilates and Adult Ballet with Corie Meyer and Carolina Bucker of Revita Dance Studio, Ballet and Yoga with Beth Brody and Jane Govoni at Sky Blue Dreams. I feel like I’ve come full circle, back to Oxford again as an instructor. I love the challenge to keep it interesting & fun!
